As a result of restructuring, our fast growing retail aligned business, has recently built a new shared service delivery team and are now looking to recruit a further People Operations Advisor / Administrator to support on a data validation project, as part of the new Workday system implementation.
The teams supports the regional management with the starter and leaver process, basic contractual changes and updates and maintains HR records on HRIS, alongside monitoring shared inboxes. This role sits within the team and will be checking employee data to ensure all data for the new HRIS is correct, prior to implementation.
Key Background:
