The role involves managing employee relations, day to day employee life cycle, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. You will be working on site 2 day per week, within a supportive team of six HR professionals.

A successful People ER Manager should have:
CIPD L5 +Proven experience as a HR Manager or ER specialist 5 + years In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Able to start immediately and manage a 6 months FTCHit the ground running in a high paced environmentWork form the office two days a week or moreStrong interpersonal and project management skills.Experience in a fast-paced, changing work environment.Prioritise task and time management Job Offer
