Our team at Sellick Partnership Limited are actively seeking a full time, permanent People Development Coordinator for a successful housing association based in the Northeast region. This role will be supporting the coordination of people development activities to sustain this housing association sustaining their reputation as a fair, and welcoming employer.
People Development Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordinate administration of people development function to ensure services provided are first class and aligned to people strategyAssist with the design and delivery of effective and engaging learning activities and initiatives which develop skills and abilities to engage people in self-development and learningProvide timely support and schedule training activitiesMaintain accurate records and data to both colleagues and business areasLiaise with suppliers and internal/external trainers to schedule dates, locations and ensure pre and post training information, costs and attendances is accurate and agreed in advance of schedulingPeople Development Coordinator Requirements:
Proven track record within a similar functionExperience of scheduling multiple training or complex meetings and events to accommodate business needsExcellent IT & Communication skills(Desirable) Experience administrating online learning management system(Desirable) Level 3 qualification or towards L&D, HR or Business AdministrationShould this role spark interest, please apply directly.
