We are looking for a People Advisor, reporting to the People Business Partner. You will help to deliver an efficient and effective HR Advisory service whilst championing the business vision and values.
The role can be based at one of the sites in Kent or London and operates hybrid working.
As a People Advisor, you will:
Advise and support the managers on employee relations issues, escalating more complex cases to the People Business Partner Advise on policies and procedures to ensure best practice, and work with other People Advisors to ensure consistency Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Manage sickness absence and employee wellbeing throughout the organisation Work with the wider People team to ensure all administrative processes are carried out effectively within a timely manner Support the People Business Partner and Head of People Partnering with organisational change
Your CIPD qualification, coupled with your HR generalist experience and up-to-date knowledge of UK Employment Law will ensure every success in this role.
