Are you a People Advisor, experienced in employee relations with a strong emphasis on early intervention? Can you provide professional, comprehensive and timely support to managers and have the ability to quickly forge credible partnerships with your Stakeholders? This role is pivotal to the People function and will establish consistency across the business.
This role is based in East Kent with a requirement to travel to other sites, therefore having your own transport is essential.
Salary + GBP5k car allowance

People Advisor responsibilities include:
Supporting managers with ER casework; providing advice, guidance, and lead on all employee matters Assist the business in all aspects of change management Provide ongoing coaching to management on people management-related matters Assist with the annual policy reviews monitoring procedural compliance with policies, procedures and legislation Review and improve all people-related processes Provide regular reports to the Group Head of People Support with analysing the people metrics and identifying trends to improve engagement
Strong experience with ER cases would be advantageous as is an Advisor/Generalist background. Your internal drive, strong communication and enthusiasm will ensure challenge, progression and success in this role.
