If so, this could be the role for you. We are looking for a People Advisor who can help to deliver an efficient and effective HR Advisory service whilst championing the business vision and values.
This opportunity will be offered initially on a 12-month FTC basis and offers a great culture with super FLEX/WFH/hybrid options.
The office base is also flexible to Central and Greater London/North Kent region.
People Advisor responsibilities include:
Supporting managers with ER casework; providing advice, guidance, and lead on all employee matters, escalating more complex cases when required Proactively manage sickness absence and colleague wellbeing Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure all transactional and administrative processes are achieved to agreed timescales Assist the business in all aspects of organisational change and TUPE processes Provide ongoing coaching to management on people management-related matters Assist with the annual policy reviews monitoring procedural compliance with policies, procedures and legislation Review and improve all people-related processes Build and maintain strong relationships with managers within designated remit Contribute to ongoing partnerships with its recognised trade union and colleague forum
People Advisor requirements:
CIPD Level 5 or willingness to work towards Previous change and restructure experience Experience in providing generalist advice Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
