The Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a longstanding client in looking for a permanent People Advisor based in Southampton.
Working closely with the Business Partners you will play a key role in implementing and communicating a wide range of people initiatives, you will have a creative flair and be comfortable dealing with senior Stakeholders.
You will be used to delivering a high level of customer service, have generalist HR experience and have the confidence and creativity to lead on internal communications for the team.
You will be an excellent communicator and use initiative whilst fostering good relations and would have preferably worked in a matrix environment.
This role will really provide the opportunity for the person to make positive changes and influence in the business. It also provides fantastic development opportunities if desired for the future.
Some of the key responsibilities include;
Providing a full range of admin support including updating documents, arranging meetings, managing calendars and inboxes for the department and creating engaging presentations. Researching, collating and analysing data. Managing communications on the company website and internal portal Providing advice and guidance to colleagues in line with policies on wellbeing, equality and diversity and other operational services. Supporting the Business Partners on projects.
In return our client is offering a hybrid working arrangement (2 days working from home), a salary of up to 31,400 DOE, with benefits including generous holiday entitlement - 26 days plus Christmas closure, company pension, plus lots more!
