Job Title: Payroll Compliance & Governance Subject Matter Expert/Manager

Location: Cardiff (Hybrid or Remote)

JGA are supporting a leading financial services provider in the search for a Payroll Compliance & Governance Subject Matter Expert/Manager during a vital payroll & HR systems implementation. The role will ensure that the business pension customers and compliance considerations are not impacted during this time.

Skills & Experience;

Pensions Payroll experience and understands all aspects of the process from a legislation and compliance (governance) perspective. This is a governance and compliance product owner position working alongside an Ops PO and a Systems PO essentially the three roles ensure the very high-volume pensioner s payroll is managed effectively and compliantly. Responsible for ensuring all the payroll teams and managers are doing the right things . Able to identify errors and bring these to the surface for investigative work or to undertake corrective action so the department is 100% transparent.
