Do you have excellent knowledge of pensions? Passionate about training, coaching and developing a team? Experience in training on systems?

I am recruiting for a Pension Trainer in the Belfast area for a leading Financial Services organisation who are going through an impressive period of growth!

What will you be doing in this role?

Training employees on technical pension systems

Writing and implementing training materials

Providing on-going coaching and development

Reporting feedback to Management

Liaising with Stakeholders to implement feedback into training

Working closely with the QA team

What do you need to apply?

Sound knowledge of pensions

Experience using pension systems

Proven ability to train and develop
