My story

　　Penn was not happy to find himself in a shelter. That being said, he is getting used to the sights, smells, and sounds and his personality has emerged as friendly and curious, if a bit shy. Penn would appreciate a home with another cat we think, however we do not know if dogs or toddlers are his cup of tea. To meet Penn please call
