I'm a self-employed, late thirty something, non-smoking, woman. No pets. I'm friendly and self-contained. I'm training to work with dying people. Looking for a furnished rental in Bournemouth, with outdoor space. I come with excellent homeowner references; happy to provide them in advance.

I have severe allergies, so looking for somewhere quiet, not on a busy road, and with no mould or damp and no history of it.

I am chronically physically ill, and whilst I do work part-time, am also in receipt of Universal Credit and PIP. Ideally I'll heal enough to be able to work full-time again and no longer be in receipt of UC. I have a home-owning guarantor; their income is roughly £33,000 P/A.
