As the Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for the following:
Consolidate payroll data from various sourcesSubmission of payroll data to external service providersReview calculations & work with provider on any necessary adjustmentsGenerate gross to net, & net pay reportsArrange net payments to associatesDischarge any other payroll associated liabilities (taxes, social contributions, insurances, pensions)Maintain relevant Country payroll knowledgeReview, code & upload invoices for approval / paymentBuild & maintain strong working relationships with KBP (ie.HR, Finance, Stock Admin, Tax, Internal audit)Handle questions from employees regarding payroll.Ad hoc duties and special projects as requested by management.Profile
