Role Responsibilities:
Ensuring accurate and timely end-to-end payroll production for a multi-site multi entity group.Ensure all payroll deadlines and reporting requirements are met.Help to develop and maintain best-in-class policies and procedures.Monitor and report on team and business Key Performance Indicators.Help ensure statutory, legislative and regulatory compliance.Develop relationships with managers and partners. Providing guidance and support to the wider business.Assist with the implementation and development of the new HR, T&A and Payroll systems.Assist with compliance of P11D, IR35 and Self Employment regulations.Liaise regularly with peers to understand and meet their current and future people related administration requirements.Be point of contact for external audit on payroll matters.Understand the calculation of revenue share for self-employed clinicians and play an active part in the payments to these workers.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
