Position Summary:
The payroll manager will play a pivotal role in delivering a proactive, responsive, and quality–driven payroll service.
The primary responsibility involves ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll, with a focus on processing temporary workers' timesheets, data entry, and addressing basic candidate queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate input and processing of relevant data required for the weekly payrollTimely follow–up on timesheets and approvals within specified timeframesAddressing queries on all aspects of payroll and escalating when necessaryUpdating payroll records as requiredCultivating effective working relationships, close collaboration, and communication across the businessProviding timely and proactive responses to all inquiries Qualifications and Skills:
