Payroll Manager The Role:
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Payroll Manager to lead and manage all facets of their payroll and pension provision, HR systems, and staff reward functions.
Payroll Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for their diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
- Manage the institution s pension schemes, staying abreast of industry developments and legislative changes to ensure the institution remains at the forefront of best practices
- Spearhead the optimisation and utilisation of HR systems, collaborating with IT and HR teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Develop and implement innovative staff reward programmes to attract, retain, and motivate their talented faculty and staff
Payroll Manager - You:
- Bachelor s degree in finance, HR, or a related field
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably within an educational setting
- In-depth knowledge of pension schemes, HR systems, and staff reward strategies
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
