Title: Payroll & HR Officer
Location: Crawley
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000
Contract: 6-month fixed term
An establishment construction company are seeking a Payroll & HR Officer to join them on a 6-month fixed term contract whilst they implement two new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Process multiple payrolls of different frequencies. Ensure all details are correct for external payroll provider, along with all staff records. Prepare and manage payroll reports. Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, including pensions and other deductions. Identify areas of improvement in the payroll process and suggest solutions. Manage onboarding, contracts, and all staff enquiries along with HR records. Process all HR data in a timely and accurate manner. Technical Skills Required: Over 2 years experience in a similar position. Knowledge of PAYE and CIS. Ability to work in a sole position but support the wider team.
