Are you ready for a new challenge within a leading organisation? Our client based in Woking are seeking a Payroll Assistant to join their team on a contract basis. The purpose of this position is to ensure a high delivery of payroll support to a range of clients ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the payroll department.
The Payroll Assistant will:
Providing accurate processing of client payrolls
Maintaining and updating client and employee changes
Assisting with other ad–hoc duties as required
Monitoring emails in the payroll inbox
Involvement in Pension submission work
Closing and opening of rota
Assisting with general payroll queries
Managing P45s
General ad hoc payroll admin duties to support the team
To be considered for the Payroll Assistant role you will:
Have previous payroll experience
Work well independently as well as part of a team
Work well towards tight deadlines
Have fantastic attention to detail
Hold the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly with ease
Must be reliable and able to work on own accord
