Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to produce and provide a comprehensive and professional service throughout the organisation in respect of the payroll function and the co–ordination and supply of services relating to employees pay and benefits.
A combination of remote–working 2 days a week, working in our Head Office in Diss 3 days a week.
The responsibilities:
Inputting & importing data templates to the payroll systemCalculation of absence & statutory sick paymentsCalculation of statutory maternity/adoption/paternity paymentsProblem solving & advising employees on queries in a professional mannerManual gross to net calculations and calculations of appropriate system adjustmentsImplementing tax codes & student loan changesEnsuring compliance to National Minimum Wage legislation The skills:
High volume multi–site payroll environment experienceWorking knowledge of Resource Link payroll would be an advantage (not essential)Good level of Excel and Microsoft skillsUp to date working knowledge of HMRC legislation and Statutory PaymentsProviding high quality Customer and Payroll ServiceBeing attentive to detail and ability to logically work through payroll issues In addition to a competitive salary, we offer benefits including;
