An exciting opportunity for a Payout Assistant to join the Finance team of an innovative, global company that has established itself as a go–to platform for 200+ million registered users.
As part of the Payout team, you will be helping to process the daily payouts and assisting customers with any queries to help enhance the customer experience when making a payout.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast–paced team based in Bishops Stortford that also offers flexibility with hybrid working (just one day per week in the office).
Responsibilities:
Preparation and upload of daily manual payouts.Answering payout queries via a customer service portal (Zendesk) – all written communication (no phones).Responding to compliance and ID requests from Banking partners.General admin tasks on an ad –hoc basis. The successful candidate must have:
A high level of customer serviceExcellent Excel knowledge (xlookups used on a daily basis)Experience with using multiple systems The company offer a very competitive salary and a rare hybrid working pattern, based on working hours of 8am – 5pm.
