Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Pay & Reward Consultant with public sector experience in Walsall. The duties of a Pay & Reward Consultant:
Design and delivery of salary management, annual bonus, benefits, and employee recognitionDeveloping, reviewing, and updating Pay and Reward polices and frameworksEngaging with key external stakeholdersCollating data for a range of reward and recognition processesMaintain up to date knowledge on matters which affect pay and reward including case law and developments on equal pay and good practiceProvide specialist advice on grading and the content of job descriptions associated with new structures and reorganisationsMonitor and assess the impact of existing sand new pay arrangements to assess organisational impactsUndertake detailed analysis of pay and workforce data to monitor application of the organisations policies and conditions of serviceContribute to the development on new pay and reward initiatives ensuring that proposals are fit for purpose and are in line with legislation Ideal skills required for a Pay & Reward Consultant:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong eye for detailAble to prioritise your workloadAble to work to strict deadlines - good time management skillsAble to work in a high-pressured environment Ideal qualifications and experience required for a Pay & Reward Consultant:
