Requirements and responsibilities

Minimum of 5 years experience. Expertise in creating accurate and intricate patterns for women's apparel, considering various styles and silhouettes. Experience in both woven and jersey product. In-depth understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and sewing techniques to ensure optimal fit and comfort. Ability to work closely with designers, effectively interpreting their creative vision and translating it into tangible patterns. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and address challenges that may arise during the pattern-making process, contributing to efficient production. Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality patterns within specified timelines.
