Our client is a small, friendly company in the Portsmouth area seeking a new part-time Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for undertaking all accounts duties including the day to day bookkeeping and the management accounts. You will be responsible for:
Sales ledger Purchase ledger Banking Bank reconciliations VAT returns Monthly management accounts Preparation for year end and preparing all relevant details of external accountants Stock control Use of Sage Accounts software You will need strong experience using Sage software and be confident reporting to Directors and assisting junior members of staff. The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 15-20 hours per week, with hours spread to suit the right candidate.
