Parts Advisor (Motor Dealership) / Preston - Lancashire Area / Permanent Role / Salary GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 + Bonus to GBP31,000 + Excellent Benefits / Excellent Opportunity!

NC Associates are working with a prestige automotive organisation based near Preston to help recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to support the Parts team and Manager in delivering excellent customer service as well as providing customers with the relevant parts knowledge required to do this role. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your experience within the motor trade while working for an award winning business.

Duties

Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience in a warm and professional mannerBuild customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are metRaise invoices and take paymentsStock controlRe-order parts Skills & Experience:

A passion for delivering the highest level of customer serviceProven experience in a similar role, as well as Parts knowledgeSelf-motivatedExcellent interpersonal and organisational skillsAn effective communicatorWell-presented and personableStrong administration skillsAbility to work under pressureA professional and confident telephone mannerQuality awarenessExcellent attention to detailFull UK driving licence with no more than 6 points Working hours are 41.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6.30am - 5.30pm; together with one in three Saturdays (7.30am - 12.30pm) on a rota basis, paid at overtime rate.
