We are looking for a Partnerships Account Manager to join our amazing Fundraising team.
Location: Gilwell Park, Chingford, London (with hybrid working)
Salary: GBP38,459 per annum, Band F, Level 3 (inclusive of Outer London Weighting)
Term: Permanent
Working Hours: 35 hours per week

About the Partnerships Account Manager Role:
This is a Collaborative role in which you will help to manage and develop partnerships, by demonstrating how you can help them become a more purposeful business and achieve their aims (having a purposeful business or brand has never been more important); whilst delivering on our strategy and achieving our fundraising targets.
What we are looking for in our Partnerships Account Manager:
An innovative thinker, able to spot opportunities whilst managing and developing partnerships. You will have excellent people skills, an eye for detail, be exceptionally well organised and work well autonomously when needed.
Experience of working with partners from across the charitable, private and/or public sectors Experience of working in a target led environment with a proven track record of delivering against targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience of building successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Key responsibilities as our Partnerships Account Manager:
To develop and manage designated corporate partnerships or funding organisations, developing individual relationships to ensure sustainable revenue streams for The Scouts. Preparation and delivery of contractual agreements. Analysis and reporting when required, including ROI and Social Impact reports.
