Who are we looking for?
Due to another successful year, we are very excited to be expanding our team as we are recruiting for a Permanent Consultant. This is a brand new role and has been created due to the significant increase in demand for permanent recruitment solutions. As TSR provide a Managed Service to our clients, this is not a sales role but you must have the ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a previous recruitment role and must have provided permanent recruitment solutions previously. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the education sector to join The Supply Register.
Roles & Responsibilities
To build excellent relationships with both clients and candidatesManage all a high volume of permanent requirements for the partnership schoolsWork alongside the regions Compliance & Resourcing Officer(s) to provide an excellent candidate journey for all our candidatesInterview candidates for both day to day & long term rolesRegularly meet with clients on site to develop & strengthen relationshipsWork collaboratively with our partnership agencies to ensure that School requirements are metDevelop new candidate attraction methods in order to attract the best talent for our SchoolsActively headhunt to source talent for our schools The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working as a permanent consultant OR hybrid consultantExcellent interpersonal skills and must be passionate about delivering an excellent serviceThe confidence and motivation to work independentlyStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Excellent attention to detailThe ability to networkMotivation & drive to succeed and grow with the company In return, The Supply Register can offer:
