Role Overview:
As the Partnership and Advocacy Director at Learning on Screen, you will be at the forefront of steering our organisation's strategic collaborations and advocacy efforts. Your role is instrumental in fostering vital alliances with external entities, including research and government bodies, and industry stakeholders. By leveraging these relationships, you will further our mission, influence policy shifts, and secure essential resources, playing an indispensable role in bolstering our community footprint and overall growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration: Foster and nurture impactful relationships with higher / further education alliances, research bodies, government agencies, and industry stakeholders. Advocacy Leadership: Lead advocacy efforts aligned with our mission, influencing policy changes that drive positive outcomes for our community. Resource Mobilisation: Identify and secure essential resources through strategic partnerships, grants, and collaborative initiatives. Community Impact: Enhance the organisation's community footprint by developing and executing advocacy strategies that align with our values and goals. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing partnership and advocacy team, driving a culture of collaboration, innovation, and impact. Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on partnerships and advocacy in the education sector. Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of successful relationship building and advocacy efforts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence policy changes and secure resources for organisational growth. Proactive leadership approach with a focus on amplifying impact and sustainability. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Knowledge of higher/further education trends and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. Benefits:
