Part time receptionist/administrator required to support a busy school office in Perthshire.
You will be working 20hrs per week, hours can be negotiated depending on your availability, but are to be worked between 8-5, M-F
What you'll be involved with on a day to day:
- Welcoming students and visitors to the premises
- Administrative support to the wider office and school
- Time tabling
- Updating the attendance records
- Updating the school registrar
- Taking calls and answering emails
What you'll come with to be successful:
- PVG scheme member
- Excellent customer service skills
- MS Office
- Excellent organisational skills
This is a temporary role for a minimum of 3 months starting on January, interviews will take place in the last week of December and first week of Jan.
