Part time receptionist/administrator required to support a busy school office in Perthshire.You will be working 20hrs per week, hours can be negotiated depending on your availability, but are to be worked between 8–5, M–FWhat you'll be involved with on a day to day:– Welcoming students and visitors to the premises– Administrative support to the wider office and school– Time tabling– Updating the attendance records– Updating the school registrar– Taking calls and answering emailsWhat you'll come with to be successful:– PVG scheme member– Excellent customer service skills– MS Office– Excellent organisational skillsThis is a temporary role for a minimum of 3 months starting on January, interviews will take place in the last week of December and first week of Jan.
