Part Time Sales AdministratorPart Time Sales Administrator. A position has arisen for a Part Time Sales Administrator to join the team in Avonmouth. The role is responsible for all administration relating to Sales activities performed by the Sales Director, through updating records within the CRM, logging all sales activities, making contact & scheduling appointments with clients and producing reports for the Sales Director to action (High priority call lists etc) along with Sales data reports for the Board. The Part Time Sales Administrator is 20–24 hours a week, this could be 5 days week or 4 days a week.The Part Time Sales Administrator main duties are:
Managing our existing accounts and ensuring the growth of those accounts to support the sales team in delivering monthly and quarterly sales targets.Articulating our USP clearly to our customers highlighting the inherent benefits we offer.For new business, identifying and qualifying leads; determining who is the decision maker.Identifying high level or important clients and opportunities and ensure they are escalated to the Sales Director.Managing up; to prompt, re–assess, remind, and touch base with the Sales Director to affirm sales activity prioritiesFollowing up all new business quotes within 48hrs, as well as regular follow ups to convert into jobs.Continue to develop relationships with all existing clients and lapsed clients via telephone calls, emails and in person, ensuring they are happy and asking if they have any future opportunities.Creating your own sales opportunities by converting warm leads into sales through direct sales approach.Building a portfolio of long–term relationships with customers and generating referrals from existing clients.Up selling wherever possible, ensuring that the client knows all avenues with which we can assist.Assisting the Commercial team with specification requirements for the client, for example, ensuring samples are sent and followed up advising of options.Ensure clients are followed up and checked throughout the sales process stages to ensure they are happy with the service we are providing and if we can assist in any other matters.Attend sales meetings as directed by Sales Director.Weekly review your own sales performance to ensure you are meeting and exceed targets and activity KPIs.Using CRM system to monitor sales activity, task list, lead generated follow ups and actively manage an opportunity (quote) through its lifecycle, ensuring it is always kept up to date.Support Sales Director in producing pipeline reports.Gaining a clear understanding of our clients' businesses and requirements to target and service them better.Manage and create content for marketing communication campaigns which target our customer profile.Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Company Directors. The Part Time Sales Administrator will need:
Extensive sales administration experience
Proven background in New Business, Account Management, and customer service delivery.
Excellent communication skills and ability to forge relationships with clients
A sound commercial approach to solving problems and suggesting solutions
Experience working within the House Build environment or commercial flooring would be advantageous but not essential.
Attention to detail, ability to follow process and excellent sales admin skills. The Part Time Sales Administrator salary is c. GBP30–35k pro rata + benefitsProactive People is an employment agency and employment business
