As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will work closely with the senior management, sales, and operations teams to plan and execute various marketing and communications campaigns across multiple channels, such as website, social media, email, press releases, newsletters, events, etc. You will also manage our external PR agency and oversee the production of high–quality content and materials that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan that aligns with our business goals and objectivesManage and coordinate all marketing and communications activities, including website, social media, email, press releases, newsletters, events, etc.Create and distribute engaging and relevant content and materials that highlight our services, achievements, case studies, testimonials, etc.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our marketing and communications efforts and report on the performance and ROI of each campaignManage our external PR agency and ensure they deliver high–quality media coverage and exposure for our companyBuild and maintain positive relationships with key media outlets, industry associations, partners, clients, and prospectsSupport internal communications and employee engagement initiatives by creating and delivering timely and consistent messages across the organisationStay updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing communications and facilities management industryManage the marketing communications budget and allocate resources accordingly Desirables:
