Job Title Marketing Assistant (25hours per week)

Location Poole, Dorset

Salary - GBP20k per annum

On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant who will work collaboratively with the marketing department and external agencies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a variety of tasks that enable the successful implementation of a range of digital and traditional marketing strategies within the company.

If you are an experienced Marketing professional who enjoys creating literature to support a busy sales team, writing informative blogs or drafting communications to key stakeholders, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading development of Marketing collateral including in the commercialization of Products

• Developing and articulating key benefits of our products and services into easily understood collateral

• Managing campaigns Digital & Print including recording and reporting

• Supporting the team to develop collateral & strategy in any form to support and promote the business Experience & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Marketing related qualification: Degree, CIM Diploma, Level 5 NVQ+

• In-depth understanding of demographics & how to communicate with them

• Understanding of Marketing channels especially digital

• Copywriting skills

• Ability to record and manage spend against budgets

• Ability to manage own workload

• Good communication skills

• Accuracy & attention to detail

• Ability to adapt and be reactive

• Basic ability in Adobe Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator)

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in WordPress

• Experience in website management

• Experience in using Marketing Portals/CRMs (i.e Hubspot)
