General Duties
Performing a wide range of administrative and office support for the Customer Sales team.
Answering, screening and transfering inbound phone calls, taking messages, processing orders and chasing orders.
Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying documents, and updating order books.
Handling requests for information and data.
Resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
Experience
Proven admin or assistant experience.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Data entry experience is preferred.
Salary: GBP23,000.00 - GBP24,000 pro rata - dependent on hours
