Anderson Knight is looking to recruit an Audio Typist on a full-time permanent basis for one of our clients based in the City Centre of Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

Transcribe audio recordings into written documents with precision and accuracy. Review and proofread transcriptions to ensure they match the original audio and maintain consistent formatting. Edit and correct transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and clarity. Collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information. Requirements:

Proven experience as an audio typist or transcriptionist. Exceptional listening skills and the ability to understand various accents and speech patterns. Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy and speed. Strong command of the English language, including grammar and punctuation. Familiarity with transcription software and tools is a plus. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering error-free work. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
