The Administrator is responsible for preparation of data for the accounts department, with on site support for the senior members of staff at the Biffa Polymers plant in Washington. This is a part time role with the expectation of 5 hours per day (25 hour working week).

Assist with accounts preparation, paperwork & liaising with the Biffa Polymers finance teams at other sitesManage the holiday / absence records for staff and then creating and issuing reports relating to this across departmentsResponsible for inducting new starters and contractors coming onto siteReceipting goods-in on Navision & sending weight confirmations to suppliersRaising and posting sales and purchase invoicesWorking with different departments on site to ensure the smooth running of offices - Commercial, Logistics and Operational departments.General office and front of house administration duties, e.g. inducting visitors, receiving phone calls etc..
Our essential requirements
GCSE Maths and confident manipulating numerical dataOver 2 years experience in a similar administration positionConfident IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
