Car or van parking space on private property in the Allanfield area. A permit is required to use the space which I do not need for myself. It must be displayed at all times and visible from front windscreen.

The carpark is quiet and residential but is also very central. Ab 6-7 mins walk to John Lewis/Omni Center, 10 min to Princess Street.

£50 per month (deposit £100) and I am ideally looking for a longer term tenant. If you would like for a shorter time than this, we can arrange another price.

Spaces are available 24/7 with no restrictions. The permit is not linked to a specific space so you are free to use any available space in the designated car park.

There is no electric car charging point available for use.
