Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing/New Homes team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be familiar with sale, purchase, part-exchange and leasehold transactions.
Ideally, you will have worked in a Residential Conveyancing and/or New Homes Division and be able to demonstrate your organisational skills, meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a team environment, whilst managing client expectation.
The Role:
To Liaise with the department Managers and Department Head to establish daily responsibilitiesTo attend office/department meetings and training sessions as requiredTo perform daily tasks which includeFiling of postProduction of work using the Office Management SystemTo liaise with clients both in the office and via telephone discussionsChecking and working in accordance with task list and daily remindersEnsuring that work is produced and signed off and post ready by 4pm.To provide cover for other paralegals/assistants during their absenceMeeting client to receive documentation or arrange appointmentsManagement of departmental diary appointment, meetings and room availability Requirements:
