Avocet Legal is working with one of the South Wests leading progressive, ambitous law firms who are looking for a confident Private Client Paralegal to join their accomplished team in Cullompton

This is a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate who already has a Private Client background and is able to deliver basic Private Client services with minimal supervision.

Private Client Paralegal duties include:

Assisting the team's fee earners on their Private Client caseloads made up of Will preparation, estate and trust administration and Powers of Attorney Utilising the case management system to provide full support on fee earning matters Providing support to the fee earners and supervision for the more junior members of the department, assisting the team as and when needed Organising and manage client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations. Conducting legal research and gather relevant information to support solicitors in case preparation.

The successful Private Client Paralegal will be able to demonstrate the below skills and attributes:

Previous experience working within a Private Client role Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with complex legal documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills compassionate and empathetic approach. Proficient in legal research and IT skills.
