In this role you will be working alongside their commercial lawyer by being involved in various property transactions related to EV solutions. In addition you will be assisting with legal documents related to property, drafting various agreements and occasionally attending meeting with clients to discuss and negotiate terms.

The ideal candidate will come from a Land/Property background where they have been working in a legal environment while now looking to join a company that allows them to expand and develop their experience into the massively growing Renewable Energy sector.

The role: Assisting with property related legal documents such as Options for Leases and post completion formalities. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating NDA's, Letters of Intents and Terms. Liaising with landowners and operations department to exchange on contracts. Working with the companies external solicitors and the wider team to progress transactionsThe Person: Previous experience dealing with commercial land/property contracts and/or leases. Degree in a relevant discipline such as Law.
