Panel Beater Required in Bedford

Basic Salary: GBP35,000- GBP60,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 17:00pmOvertime availableWell-established Accident Repair Centre Our client, an established family run automotive accident repair centre based in Bedford an experienced Panel Beater to join their team.

The reason for this vacancy is an expansions due to the body shop acquiring some new prestige contracts.

To be successful in this automotive Panel Beater role, you will ideally be NVQ Level 3 trained or equivalent in vehicle accident repair and ideally be ATA accredited. However, this garage is able to consider time-served technicians in need of renewing their qualifications, funded by the employer.

You must also have current workshop experience, a full UK license and your own tools.

Candidates without current qualifications can also apply and you will be able to reacquire them with the company.

The ideal Panel Beater will be the following:

Competent/qualified panel beater.Possess a flexible approach and a positive attitudeBe committed to achieve complete customer satisfactionHelp achieve sales targets as set out by Body shop ManagerEnsure work is completed to a high standard at all timesComply with Health & Safety ProceduresComply with Company administrative procedures i.e. Use clock card machine, complete job cards etc.You must be able to communicate to a high level to ensure the smooth flow of work through the Workshop, liaising with your colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and in most cases exceeded. The salary for this role is dependent on experience and skill level.
