G.W.M is a small independent bodyshop which specialises in damage repairs and alloy wheel refurbishment. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and it is a MUST that vehicles are returned to our customers with a high quality finish.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Stripping and fitting panels

Prepping, filling and finishing work

Panel beating and pulling

Spraying

MIG and TIG Welding (desirable)

Flattening and polishing using specialist methods

Working alone and as part of a small team.

Ability to adjust paints for a perfect match.

Follow Health & Safety rules and procedures.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 4 years working in a Bodyshop or accident repair environment. ATA, NVQ 3 or IMI 3 qualifications would be a distinct advantage.

SKILLS:

* Good communicator, * Thorough with a keen eye for detail , * Reliable

There is some flexibility on required skills.

We are a small friendly business based in a relaxed environment.
