Progression and training opportunities give with a development plan Remote working (travel to office needed one day per month in Huddersfield) 28 days + Stats + opportunity to buy x2 more days Perk box The Paid Social Specialist will lead develop, administer, and manage all our paid social marketing activity across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram but also have an eye on how other emerging social media platforms can support and contribute to the goals and success of our marketing activity.
This is a role within our performance function of our existing marketing team and is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of leads for a variety of services. Paid Social is increasingly becoming an integral part of our performance marketing mix and offers the opportunity to scale our business activities. As such it is essential that you have the capabilities, desire and hunger to be able to make a positive difference to everything we do.
You ll have extensive and specific experience in paid social media and managing paid social campaigns particularly across TikTok and Facebook where you will have a proven track record for using these channels to deliver B2C leads. You know what content works on which channels, as well as how best to maximise reach for each specific audience/campaign. You ll have a deep understanding of social media campaigns and how to communicate the right message to the ideal audience that ultimately delivers leads that convert into quality customers.
Main duties include:
Run a diverse range of comprehensive paid lead generation and brand campaigns through social media platforms including; TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as a minimum. Track, measure, and analyse performance of paid social campaigns. Optimises all ads including creation of custom audiences, regular check ins, restrategising. Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, with an eye on constant optimisation. Keep on top of industry insights relating to paid and use these to re-strategise to ensure maximum ROI. Offer wider support on all things paid social, inputting on campaign strategy and creative content. Analyse results and provide recommendations to improve paid social campaign and platform performance. Serve as a paid social expert, platform partner, and trend-spotter to bring first-to-market social and digital media opportunities that align with business objectives. Provides useful and timely insight and analytics into the paid strategy that the head of performance marketing can share back to the business. Lead monitoring and reporting of ad performance and proactively communicate any issues. Support the generation of new paid social campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid social marketing initiatives. Run regular A/B tests of campaigns to drive performance gains. Cost estimate and budget management.Ad Copy writing and testing.Work across the digital marketing team to optimise landing pages and develop supporting content.Tracking setup (including tracking codes generation, goals and funnels setup).Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid social initiatives.Keep pace with industry trends and developments.Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.You will also work closely with other teams within the organisation to ensure we deliver consistently across the board. IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three to five years of experience running paid lead generation campaigns on all social media platforms, specifically, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Experience of working on high volume lead generation campaigns. Completed Facebook accredited courses. An enthusiasm to learn. A passion for data-driven digital marketing. A strong eye for detail and an analytical mind. Experience of managing budgets to achieve the highest level of ROI. Be honest, hard-working, creative, empathetic and a team player.
