As the Paid Media Manager you will be given the opportunity to manage, plan, develop, implement and optimise a variety of the paid campaigns across multiple fashion products on all paid media and organic channels including social media, PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliate and more with a primary focus on Facebook and Instagram. This is very much a hands on role that is core to the business growth strategy within our paid media and organic channels.

Responsible for the day to day management of paid media campaigns, ensuring they are optimised at all times and meeting agreed KPIsAnalysing performance and research data to develop effective campaignsBe the point of contact for agencies.Keeping on top of trends, liaising with internal teams to ensure coverage of key categories and productsTracking and analysis of results from campaigns to identify potential opportunities for improvementsDaily, Weekly and Monthly monitoring, analysis and reporting of campaigns whilst providing feedback to line managerTesting and monitoring ad copy/creative/bid managementAuditing and evaluating of accounts to ensure consistent best practiseMonthly budget management and invoice controlBeing the point of contact for wider marketing team for any Paid Media opportunities or queries.Work alongside creative and design teams to promote best practise for creative assets across each platform paid media platforms Profile
Experience of directly managing Paid Media.Proficient in Google adwords and Bing AdsProficient in Google analytics and Google Merchant centreProficient in managing google shopping campaignsUnderstanding of Adwords scripts/product feed manipulation and Bid strategiesStrong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate data to produce actionable insights.Previous experience of working bid management platform will be advantageous.Experience working with Facebook Business Manager to implement and optimize campaign performance (desired)Experience working on retail brands, preferably within the faction sectorAn in–depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Social campaignsAn understanding of core marketing principles for multiple channels both paid and organicKnowledge and experience of using photo editing packages, HTML and CSS code knowledge, any experience in live streaming and social group management would be advantageousFacebook Blueprint certified; Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam – would be a plusA great understanding of Google analytics and other web analytics packages Job Offer
