Paediatric Nurse

The Company:

Our client is a leading provider of complex healthcare to children, covering the Norfolk and Suffolk area. Their staff are trained to ensure the safety of their service users and to provide the highest quality of care.

The Role:

They are currently looking for a Paediatric Nurse split between office based and community visits. You will have a client case load based in Norfolk and Suffolk to provide ongoing visits to create care and support plans, undertake annual support reviews, rick assessments, inductions, supervisions, staff training and other visits necessary to keep the person safe.

Assessment of New care packagesCare Planning & Risk AssessingCommunicating with MDT s and other professionalsSupporting complex care teams to enable Patients to achieve their aspirations and goalsManaging Complex healthcare packages and leading teams to achieve individual s goals and aspirationsLiaising with Commissioners and fundersTeaching and Training of new support staff This position is ideal for applicants looking to progress within a complex and younger persons sector. They are seeking a highly motivated individual with a patient focused approach. The individual will also be required to monitor and develop the teams own progress and monitor the service as a whole.

Experience Required:

Professional Registration with Active NMC PIN (RSCN OR Dual RSCN and RGN)Experience of supporting Children with complex needsGood communication skillsTracheostomy and ideally Enteral feeding and VentilationAbility to demonstrate leadershipDrive to achieve better care delivery Benefits:
