Packing Team Leader

Key aspects of the Packing Team Leader role include:

Managing operatives and allocating duties according to production plans.Being able to reactively spot and report machinery dysfunction including diagnosis. Recognizing product quality defects and resolving the issue.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Good understanding of packing equipment.Management skills.Good IT skills.Understanding KPIsFood manufacturing experience.
