Based in Northamptonshire, the successful applicant will be providing outstanding one–to–one personal assistance to the Operations Director, including support with project management and liaising with stakeholders, in a comprehensive and confidential manner.
Key responsibilities of the role would include:
Supporting the Director in tracking current projects; monitoring the relevant documentation and ensuring the smooth–running of the project life–cycleComplex diary and email management, including responsibility for arranging all meetings and appointmentsPreparing and briefing the Director of the relevant documents before meetings, and ensuring all Department Heads have prepared the required documents in advance of meetings with the DirectorComplex travel arrangements both nationally and internationally, including visa applicationsSupporting the Director during major events, including distributing agendas, collecting actions and updates, and maintaining the actions logCorrespondence management, including emails and phone callsMaintaining relationships with key stakeholders both internal and externalAny other ad–hoc tasks where required Prospective applicants must have previous experience of supporting at board–level, including complex travel, diary and email management. Applicants must be highly organised and adaptable, and be able to work with discretion where required. Due to the events–orientated nature of the company, some weekend work will be required, so candidates must be able to work flexibly. Previous experience working in events is desirable but not essential.
