A professional and growing organisation based in Chelmsford are looking for a proactive and organised PA to support the CEO and deputy CEO. This position will be extremely varied and will allow the successful candidate to really make the role their own. You will need to have a strong background working as a PA and will need to be able to hit the ground running. You will need to have strong grammatical skills, high attention to detail and to be a great communicator to succeed in this position. They are looking for someone confident, proactive, organised and engaging.

Duties
Taking minutes during company meetingsExtensive diary managementScheduling meetings and appointmentsAttending external meetings with CEO and Deputy CEOBooking travel for members of the senior leadership teamOverseeing the CEO's inbox and flagging any import and urgent emailsTaking part in project and research work, preparing detailed reports, analysis and responsesWorking alongside the other PA's within the organisationOrganising internal and external eventsSuccessfully building and maintaining strong relationships with all employeesManaging incoming issues, enquiries and concerns within the organisationRemaining up to date with relevant legislation, trends, local and national initiativesCoordinating and catering meeting rooms as neededManaging and sending official documentationsProcessing expenses for senior members of staff and board members

You'll have significant experience working in a PA positionYou'll have knowledge of diary management and minute takingYou have good communication skillsYou have an ability to work individually and as part of a teamYou have strong attention to detailYou have a good knowledge of MS packagesYou have a proactive mindset
