Overheating Assessor

My client is an award–winning consultancy who specialize in energy and sustainability advice and assessments within the Building Services industry. They are looking to recruit an Overheating Assessor to join their team that are based in Tiverton.

Overheating Assessors will be responsible for ensuring sustainability requirements are taken into consideration and achieved through out development, whilst actively engaging with clients and the project team. Assessors will produce Overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, and Part O assessments. Applicants will use IES software to deliver overheating, Thermal Modelling, and thermal comfort analysis, whilst consulting on building design in compliance with Part L and making Energy and sustainability statements.

It will be required for Overheating Assessors to possess:

Strong experience in relation to IES for overheating analysis TM59 and TM52Good level of education with Math's, Science, and EnglishComputer literacyExcellent communication and presentation skills Overheating Assessors will be provided with a series of benefits that include:
