Appold St, London

GBP10,240 per annum

Permanent, Part Time 16 hours a week

Shift Patterns: Wednesday 18:00–22:00, Friday 18:00–22:00, Saturday 13:30–22:00

Are you an organised and customer–service driven individual looking for a part–time role? We have an opportunity to join our Out of Hours team as a Bookings Coordinator. By putting customer service at the heart of everything we do, you will be accountable for building candidate relationships, ensuring candidate retention, and driving fill rate by booking candidates into shifts.

Every day you will

Proactively call candidates to ascertain availability, target suitable candidates for priority shifts and build the pipeline by encouraging candidates to upload future availabilityMaintain sound knowledge of available candidates' skills and experience as well as the expectations of trust managementRegularly liaise with your Team Leader and Bank Business Partners to gain insight and update on priority areas in order to drive activity where appropriateSuccessfully drive booking activity, working closely with the Team Leader to achieve targets What's in it for you?
