Great condition, bought last year but didn't use much as I'm not a fan of the back ventilation feature (bought a daylite instead). As a result it's practically new, only some tiny marks on the front but they would go away with more rigorous scrubbing.
Water repellent but not waterproof, there's a pouch with a rain cover (included) on the bottom. 18L is pretty generous for a day hike. Pretty resistant (420D nylon), the back suspension frame keeps your back dry of sweat.
