Sorry, no owners manual or other accessories. All that is included in the auction are the items shown in the pictures.There are some very small scratches on the reel see pictures.In addition, the end plug was missing from the end of the case see pictures. I went to the hardware store and purchased a PVC plug and it fits perfectly when inverted in the end of the case see pictures. I did not glue it in so I will leave that up to the buyer.
